Any way to just get the shock out without compressing the spring? Just need to replace the shocks. Tia

Would this method work with fox 2.5 coil over? I have new springs on the way and would like to do this myself.

I'm going to try it out this weekend, I will let you know how it goes. I have compressed springs before and I dislike it a lot. So I will try this and see how it goes.

I've done this method several times now, it's way easy. 885's on 5100's no problem.

That's a pretty good method! Simple and relatively safe.
