Been chasing this damn chirping noise that happens when suspension cycles over any sized bump at any speed over like 5mph. It’s a quick chirp that sounds like a bird.

My truck is a 2006, TC +2 race kit with king coil overs. Things I’ve ruled out:

-Front body mounts (just replaced with poly mounts, still chirps)
    -Loose suspension bolts
-Hood latch (heard that was common, lubed it, still chirps)

It’s 100% coming from the front end as you can tell the noise happens before the rear end is hit. I’ve greased my control arm bushings but could it be possible they’re worn out and make this sort of noise? They don’t appear to be worn when looking at them while mounted. I know my LCA uniballs needs to be replaced as they’re creaking pretty bad even when I apply dry lube (which actually makes them sound worse). Could they be making a chirp noise as well when I hit a bump?

I guess I’m going to replace them anyways because they need done. I did the UCA uniballs less than a year ago so I’m sure it can’t be them.

    Any other things to check?

Also can I post videos from my media page other than YouTube links? If not I’ll have to upload a video to YouTube so y’all can hear it.

Top hat of coil overs? Check the bushings up top.

So there’s one bolt that basically attaches the top hat to the shock body so it fits in the OEM spot on our trucks, you’re saying there’s a bushing in there?

I know there’s a bearing and misalignment spacers up there but not aware of any bushings.
