Front shock leaking

Great price, only cons is that doesn't come assembled. I don't have anything at home to do the trick

Are u doing alignment after it?

 

Always do an alignment when changing suspension components.

 

Got another question, some people say 5100 are stiffer, could u tell me your experience?

 

Sorry another question, the rear one says 0-1" lift, I want stock high. I know the front ones we can set the high, what about the rear ones?

 

Where are you located? I've got a set of shocks off my 2022 TRD OR that I keep tripping over in the garage that I would like to get rid of.

rear stayed same and front I put at 1" to level truck out. rides better than stock OR susp

 

Shocks do not lift your vehicle, leaf springs or blocks with lift it. When it says 0-1" of lift, it's referring to what lift height they will work with. For instance, if it says 2-3" of lift you would need to have 2-3" of lift in the rear for them to work. So in your case, any shocks with 0-1" lift will be fine, although there might be a slight lift o due to the pressure in the shocks since they're new.

 

yes, I know the shocks don't lift trucks but since the front ones comes with the clips to set on different positions, I thought the rear ones had something similar. anyway I do appreciate your explanation, was well detail. I am just a bit concerned about this suspension lift company and its deliveries issues(other people reviews), already ordered them.

 

One of my front factory shocks started leaking so I replaced with 5100s all around. Also have a 1 inch block in back because I wanted about a 1 inch rake/stance back to front. Rides firm but all good.

 

Just ordered the full set, but it's crazy that started leaking so early at so low mileage

 

I had a front squeak at 5k miles. Took until 20k for the dealer to recognize it. Replaced my front body mount bushings and said the front struts were leaking and needed replacement under the warranty (2022). Never been off road and the roads I use are in great shape for the most part. Head scratcher?

 

Just installed mine yesterday, just drove it for a bit, I got to see this week to see how it feels, thanks for the recommendation stiffer or not at least isn't leaking
