    To make a long story short......i went in for routine rotation, balance and alignment check. I was told i could not get an alignment because all my ball joints were bad.......So i have gotten all the front end parts together. All are mevotech except the uca.
    I have also ordered spindle gussets and the marlin crawler lca brace....just because.....

    Is mevotech a good brand, have you run them before with good impressions?

    Eh... :notsure:

    I don't think they're any better or worse than any of the other stock equivalent aftermarket options.

    Me personally I went with the OEM ones through the U.A.E. ebay seller/Toyota Dealer.

    Same deal for me last time around. Got the OEM directly from Japan when they were available.

    The cam bolts had SBC stamped in them. The parts look like quality. All the joints are greasable.

    @Key-Rei
    How about your source?

    I like Amayama.com, and have bought a lot from the site. The UAE parts from there seem to arrive a bit slower than I would like but the Japan ones seem quite rapid, if they are currently stocked.

    That UAE part is more expensive than my local dealer. Any reason to choose it?

    Sometimes that happens. And a lot of OEM parts you can get here also fit other vehicles that can be purchased there and have their own pricing. Sometimes parts are not available at all from your local dealer, such as the lower OEM ball joints on a 2nd Gen. Sometimes parts have been discontinued and only available from old stock at warehouses in Japan. A lot of reasons. I rebuild a 6-speed almost completely from OEM parts imported from Japan because the stateside parts at dealers were cost prohibitive.

    I bought part number 43330-09510 from ebay vendor triplecreations it arrived way sooner than I expected, even faster than the original U.S. based seller's product and it was the correct part unlike those from the U.S. seller.
