So I recently put a piggy back fuse into my EF-1 NO.2 fuse slot which has extra long prongs. Now whenever I try to put any fuse it won’t fit snug and will wiggle out over time due to vibrations. And because of that whenever it’s not connect it’s throwing a soliniod E code and will not shift into 4th gear as well as slips when putting it into drive. I can push real hard and the fuse with connect but it will only connect for like a day or 2

into the piggyback fuse holder? or the truck-side fuse holder prongs don't hold?

if it's all in the piggyback fuser holder, i would replace it.

The terminals in the fuse box will need to be replaced. Time to visit an independent shop. Dealer will insist to replace the entire fuse block

    I don't

But I would focus on only that one fuse location. Remove the pin from both fuse blocks, and then install the new one in the old block.

This thread has some of the depinning tools I believe will work

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/de-pinning-female-connector.860517/

Also, look into how/why the add-a-fuse caused extra force on the fuse terminal. Either something is in the way, and it was forced into position, or an incorrect model was used. No fuse tap install should irreparably damage fuse terminals like that

Depinning the 3rd gen fuse block is about impossible; bending the terminals back would be a better solution. Depinning link above will be of no help.

The OP already has a replacement fuse block to use - I'd do that. If it is the complete fuse block the Body ECM will have to be changed over; that is the black box on the right side. Easy peasy, but may be intimidating. Had mine apart a few times doing custom stuff.

×2, I'd just try to carefully bend the contacts back into place so it grips the fuse better (a flat jeweler's screwdriver placed between the plastic next to the contact, and the contact itself I would think should do it).

Here are a few pictures of the inside of the fuse box:
