    I turned 46 yesterday...Retired MSgt...had one knee scoped while I was in...wish I'd had the other one done...started taking Glucosamine and noticed a difference fairly quickly...My joints feel better than they have in years...even when workin' out...I take the one-a-day Member's Mark (Sam's Club) brand...Try it...you'll notice a difference...
