    All the switches came in today along with the Scosche dash kit. The switches will have to wait to be installed as I don;t have the basket yet or the lights. THe dash kit will be installed this weekend.

    I think it is hard wired into the truck. Everything goes inside the rear of the tailgate and is wired to all kinds of stuff, including brake lights, keyless entry, there is awire running to the battery and a ground. There is no actual harness.

    I got all my leaks taken care of. I used a moldable seal and it is great so far on the front. The leaks from the back glass were due to the weather stripping being to long and I cut them off and took care of that. I do have a cluster of wires and fuses at the rear of the cap but I am just going to deal with it. They are not in the way and only visible of the back is open.

    Well it will be 8 months since I got rid of the Taco and boy do I miss it. Don't get me wrong, I love the 4Runner but the Taco was a hell of a truck. Hope everyone is doing great!
