Back at another company we had these 2 Vietnamese gals that would make the BEST spring rolls, and share them with everyone over breaks. DAMN, they were good!

I asked the one gal (Phong) about the recipe 'cause I was freakin' obsessed over those things; long story short it was a family recipe passed generation to generation, it had never been written down, at least to her knowledge.

GREAT lady, she actually wrote it down for me. I really felt honored!

We have an unwritten no-seafood policy in the office. If you wanna heat/eat seafood, yo go to the other end of the building to the break room.

Here in the office areas, folks mostly go to the operator's break rooms to use their microwaves.

Time to wash the truck. If I get frisky this afternoon, I may get the Benelli out and blow some shit up. You all have a pleasant day.

What a day. All was FINE until the last hour or so, and then the collective stupidity of the planet rained down.

You simply don't install a large printer under an adjustable height desk; without measuring goofy stuff like "how far down does this table go?" or "wow, that's sure a tall printer!".

I think that this was the first time that my professional and considered opinion was, "You're sh**ting me?" and "That's f**king retarded.". Looks like I need a hot-swap node and a monitor. And a broom. Thanks.

Already a productive day; cleaned most of the house, did some laundry, made some chili in the crock pot and been to the liquor store to stock up for wife’s friends coming over later. Wifey is really milking this no energy pregnancy thing. I need to clear the yard and driveway of leaves/pine needles but it’ll make more sense to wait a week or so for more to fall. I still need to winterize my Deere after one more cut in the next couple weeks.
Wish I had more hours in the day.

When I read Roland's comment about the Benelli, I was gonna mention I was getting ready to smoke some clay with the Red Label. I figured no one would know what I was taking about...as well as sounding pretentious.

I’ve been trying to get the grass height down to 1.5” so it can really grow through the weeds

I didn’t do hardly shit today. I just finished drying my truck this morning, and it started raining. So I got pissed off at the world and went back inside. :) I was planning on waxing it, but the weather wasn’t cooperating. I did find some water spots on my hood that bug the fuck out of me now. I’m going to have to wash it again Tuesday, and probably break out the clay bar on my hood.

Just got done watching an Adam Sandler flick, stupid AF, but enjoyed the flick none the same.

Kinda glad they moved past the Disney years. I need my comedy non PG 13.
