My brother in law engineers those for GE. Was in Lynn but went to Asheville NC for a few months assignment.

    What it is Phil?

Can’t sleep but know my 2 knuckleheads will be up in less than 6 hours and it will be expected that I get up to help get them to school even though she’s off til Tuesday.

Nice. What tires/size did you decide to go with? If I ever decide to get new wheels, it'll be the FN Pros  I'm more of a factory look, and those fit the bill.

I just went up one size from stock in the 17", C-rated KO2s (265/70/17).

I'm really liking the ride of the C-rated tires over the E-rated ones, it's WAY softer.

Do you have a lift or anything? I want to stay with a stock suspension, but don't know if it'll be possible after I add what I want to add to the truck

I'm reading up on hard shell roof top tents. I really want one. I may splurge once I finally settle with the damned insurance company over my TJ.

Wish I had gone with C vs E on KO2s; they rode like shit on the highway. Just sold mine from my last truck and likely going with LRC duratracs for this truck.

Yep on the lift, the Icons and Dakar leafs put it at about 2.5" over stock. I really like the look of the 285s, but the performance hit is just too much so I kept 'em on the smaller side.

I'm shocked at the ride difference between the C and the E rated tires, it's really night and day.

I'm with ya on the RTT situation, I've been following the Waypoint RTT thread really close myself (https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/waypoint-rtts-op-updated-6-7.499484/). I don't camp enough now to justify the expense, but hopefully with this upcoming shift change i'll get to go camp a lot more!
