I'm trying to figure out what I need to get all this stuff hooked up.
I've been told 1/0 wire and 4ga will work.
And I can't figure out which ring terminals to get so I can connect all the crap together

First acceptable day in a long while, had to move a metric fuckton of leaves.

...the clock at work is 30 seconds fast. Can't wait to see what fuck show this brings on

 

Why would it?

 

Time card goes by .1 increments. So the computer will round it up to 11:51 on the books. Even though in real world time I was still :30 early

 

All the guys on first shift punch in at 6:53, start working at 7:00. Then punch out and leave at 3:23. Total time on the clock shows 8 hrs although their scheduled shift is supposed to be
7:00-3:30.

 

BTW .1hrs=6 minutes

 

My scheduled shift is 6:45p-7:15a(although we all do 7-7). They automatically take out 30 minutes for lunch. I clock in at 6:30p and out at 7:00a

 

Correct. I punched in at 11:44:33. Punch clock said 11:45:07 because it's apparently off. The computer will round it to .1 up to 11:51:00. My shift starts at 11:45.

Yup. The shit show that is a big corp job. Guilty until proven innocent. They'll probably acknowledge the clock is off, and say it doesn't matter, that I should be here based on their clock instead of real world time.

 

Apparently you can be late like 15 times here before you get in any kind of trouble. I personally don't understand it being that high. I know it happens every once in a while, but damn.....15 times???

 

I'll have worked 15.5 months worth of hours in a 12 month year as of this year .I probably have a good 20 hours worked off the clock as well.

I will still most likely get disciplined for being "6 min tardy"

 

Learned long ago that the time on their clock is the only time that matters and set my watch to it and planned accordingly.
