I'll Be on auto pilot by the time she's up that day anyways . Might just ask the guy who's catering it to pull it at temp and toss it in a cooler for me for dinner.

I like cooking for weddings if there good people. I usally set up out of site and my help delivers the food, serves and such. That way I can have a beer or two, it’s a long day from start to clean up

 

Yeah we've got a caterer. Hoping to keep things relaxed. And by caterer I mean he's doing the bbq and then it's going on a table for people to feed themselves
