    They cook ok. just any type of pork and chicken i dont really touch on board. 6 years sea time so far and yet to get food poisoning. so trying to keep it that way. the rest of the food is pretty chill. but i also know its not always their fault. we get crap quality food since we are military.

    Our corpman on board couldnt even get a job as a CNA in the civi world with his training... But the ship is fun. like i just said in a post ive been under way for 6 years. 4 straigt (once my next unit is over it will be 9). i like it cuz i get to see some awesome places and its a nice change of pace daily with ships operations. compared to sitting behind a desk on land and waiting for something to brake.

    oh we have one onboard. no welding though. its cargo strapped down. Back when i was on a 378 footer out of seattle (last year), we had a nice one. used a 4 in wide strap to make sure it didnt go over in the 30+ foot seas we saw.
