I agree late 40’s to late 60’s are more my forte. I love the modern supercars as eye candy but would love to do a restomod.

Was it a individual, company, or charity winner?
I would love a 65 Mustang with a new Coyote 5.0 drivetrain

I wonder if that will end up being a good investment. Take in cost of maint, storage, upkeep, etc(I know he won't drive it, but stuff will need to be attended to)...…...he's gonna spend a pretty penny. Then he'll have to pay the premium to sell it.

Now if he does it just cause he loves cars.....more power to him.

The proceeds went to a charity that builds houses for disabled vets.

Still stewing over my inspection debacle this morning and whether I should make a couple peoples lives miserable or just let it go as a lesson learned to not go to the stealership for an inspection...

Write a bad google review. I'd be willing to bet you'll hear something from them.

Wouldn't doubt it. The last break of the Hurst/Olds was 1979, then 1984. 84 was the last of it. GN/GNX was also the same body style. Also the same year I think (84). then the new shit.

To me.... that's when the last of the pure bread (limited factory muscle car if you will) died off. after that... computer controlled, even tough while throttle bodies were going electronic.. manipulation of the computer was born.

    My $.02
    Do it!

It's what everything revolves around nowadays. A bad shit talking post wins today.

Complete bull shit in my opinion, though. Freakin Ma-len-eials.

If it's public knowledge....I say let it rip
I tried to email a company....didn't hear shit for 2 weeks. I left a bad review......got an email within 15 minutes. It's sad you have to leave public reviews to get anything done. I tried to keep it b/t me and the company......they didn't want to let it happen.

Put the bedlights in. Tried to do it before it got too hot but it's 0900 and 80F so that didn't happen. I'll procure pictures when it's darker. Really hoping that adhesive strip stays cause that was a pain in the ass to work around the tool box.

    Whats happening, Eddie?

Nah, she had the dual gate Hurst shifter. That damn aluminum handle would burn the shit outta my hand in the summer months, till I would throw a towel over it. Haha
