Yeah, everything is way cheaper. If we go anywhere it's either GA or back to MI.

Yeah, I mean there's no shortage of geology

I would have no troubles retiring to the halfway states.

Unfortunately wife wants nothing to do with southern states during the summer.

Yeah, I could probably make more money in GA than I am now on top of everything being cheaper. I enjoyed my time in GA.

Michigan would probably be easier for her to find work than it would me, I just don't want to move too close to home.

There's plenty of quarries and stuff. If not, she still has a degree and can do something else

I don't think it really matters what her degree is in. Just the fact she has one is more important.

Yeah, I think she wants to do something in her field though. She's working retail right now

Haha, I don't really care about any of that.

Reminds me of one of the major drawbacks of moving to GA/the south though.... Where am I going to play hockey?? The rink I used to play at in GA closed and I don't imagine another one opened up.

There's one in Columbus. The city council just voted to bring back a team in Apr. The Cottonmouths use to be there until 2017

Yeah, I'd be going to Augusta. The team they had there folded while I was there back in 2012/2013. There was an ice arena I played pick-up/beer league at but they closed, too. Turned into an indoor trampoline park or some bullshit.

Maybe I can go work there, make a ton of money with my cheap house and open up my own ice arena.

    Oh, joy.

I wonder what direction the threads gonna go tonight?

Random thought that popped into my head just now:

Attractive women with hairy forearms. I notice it, but don't find it reppeling.

That’s a strange one. I am with you on that. I am not grossed out, but I do stare at the arm hair.
