Resilient fucker ran off, cop asked me if I wanted the meat if it was found and dispatched. Said it’d be the most expensive steak I’d eat since I’d had to pay my $500 insurance deductible.

Never had venison, been wanting to try it.

 

I don't care for it stand alone, but I enjoy it in chili or something similar.

The tenderloins are good, but they are only a small part of the animal.

It makes good sloppy joes, stew, summer sausage, chili. The backstraps are the best though.
