    That's 2 of us.

I wanna beat the engineer's down that designed the Tundra engine compartment!

What asshole thought that putting the alternator at the bottom and behind the PS pump was a good idea?!

I've been reading up on solar power for the camper. I can't figure if 2 panels running to 2 batteries would be sufficient.

2 panels charging 1 battery would be better.

Once the truck is started the truck alternator can charge the 2nd battery better than any panel can. Your alternator puts out 100A, how much does the 2 panels put out in amps?

This is for the camper. It will be independent of the truck as far as electrical is concerned.

I have the 0ff-Grid dual battery for the truck. I may not even go dual battery in the truck now since I plan to do the trailer.

You still will need to "hard" charge the camper batteries on occasion. A solar panel cant do that. Its going to be a battery charger or the truck.

are you planning to be off grid and not run the truck for 20 days or more?

Let's forget the truck, I'll deal with that later on.

I want to be able to run an A/C and stuff in the trailer. I need a solar set up to work with that.
I need someone to just make a list of the shit I need

Dude, you’ll need like a house roof of solar panels to run HVAC. Run it all with propane.

If you’re wanting to run a a/c you’re going to need a buttload if lithium batteries and more damn solar panels.
