I’ve never wanted a big truck. Always loved my small yota’s. But realistically they're not a good tow vehicle. Yeah they do it but, today where I would normally be filling the taco up I was at 5/8 of a tank on the new one. Made it all the way down here not being easy with the skinny pedal on 5/8 of a tank. I literally wouldn’t even of know the camper was back there if I didn’t see it in the mirror. Probably the 2 biggest things I noticed was it wasn’t bumpy af with the camper and I wasn’t tired when I got here.

So, I’m already using half the fuel I usually do.


I looked in the back on the way down. Little man is back there reclined back in the back seat watching a video on the iPad. Lol


And apparently our reservation for today got cancelled and I missed the email. Ranger said I’ll leave the ranger at the gate a note and you can just pay for tonight when you get here. Your campsite should be ok just a little muddy still from hurricane Sally.

 

camping in FL??? and ya, maybe if i ever get a trailer like that ill look into getting another truck. (Aint getting rid of the taco until it dies or i die with it).

I asked my supervisor not long ago why the chief has had 3 covid tests done? I was like it’s not like he responds on calls and he wears his mask when he’s by himself in the truck.
