    Didn't know if you had a melt shop there or not. You might have a pipeline system or they might use vertical bulk liquid tanks. If you see some vertical tanks around, look at the name on em' like "air products" or "linde". There is a steel mill next door to my plant that we provide the industrial gases through pipeline for.

    Takes a while to get used to, but if it's the same hours all the time, it's easier. If you do a swing shift, then it's a lil tougher to get used to.

    yea, it's only a 30 day hire but it's pretty much 11-7 every night, unless i need to cover for someone which could suck..

    That's not bad, just gotta find your groove on when to sleep. I usually get off work in the morning, get a lil breakfast, then go to bed. I'll wake up anywhere between 130pm and 4pm. Then I've talked to other guys who say staying up til like 10am or 12pm works better for them. Trial and error til you find that groove.
