    That sucks. Daughter had an iPhone 8+ that just went black one day. Verizon told her it was a known issue with some of those. She ended up getting an 11. Her 8 was only 3 yrs old. My X is still going pretty good. I broke the screen a couple weeks ago and it’s had 2 replacements. It does fine till I’m playing a game and the phone gets hot then the screen wants to scroll to the top of web pages and do funky stuff in the game. Idk, after water the girl replace mine I’ll do my own for future replacements on other phones. This screen has a lifetime warranty so I can keep having them replace it. Haha
