Must be nice, I am "stepped up" inside tonight so I am on here. Usually I am out on the unit checking and maintenancing equipment.

Funny you say that, my even relief last week was late because he was pulled over for "DWB". When I asked if he was given a ticket, he said yeah my plates were dead

 

oh that's a good one too. This last guy was funny though. I asked him to search the car and that's when all the lawyer crap started spewing from his pie hole. I told him dude look at my vest, says big ole "Police K-9" across the front....needless to say we found a smitty wesson 9mm in the center console and a nick w/ residue, I think he ate it..anyway kinda funny. but he will be deffinetly calling his lawyer in the morning..

 

Bwahahahaha damn idiots. I had an unfortunate experience with an AZ K9 unit about 5 or 6 years ago (Long story, was speeding, roomate stashed weed in the glove box without my knowledge, etc etc)

Them furry officers are NOT someone I want to tango with.

 

haha yeah hard to beat the nose of a dog. they are a blast to work with!!

 

happy friday to me...ending it up with a 12 hr shift!!!

I got called in tonite so I get 10 hours OT this week. Ill take it!

part time job tonight...2000 - 0800. Why am I even here?

 

come here once a week...sometimes 2 - 3 month....it was my full time years ago...hate the admin during the day...so i stick to nights just to stay on the roster...EMT stuff...rather be in bed getting paid at the fire dept...but, i'm on my days off...so I'm here...beh...atleast i get to do my medic school homework...

We had the fire dept here to night at my plant. Stupid old for alarms.

 

I get that a lot...pd always smells the steaks we grill, come over, say hi...and then park at mcdonald's when we tell them we made 12 steaks for the 12 dudes on shift.

plus, i love the fd schedule.

 

no steaks...eh glad you gottem outta bedjk. My older sister is a Lt. with Palm Beach county fire rescue. she gives me crap all the time. but she don't get free guns and free dog

 

lol, way to go sister. the dog's cool, i'll admit. getting run over by a drunk man on the highway while you're giving a ticket...not so cool. PD doesn't play well with Fire here...I really have to watch what I do while driving, especially with one cop...apparently my big brother used to punk him in high school...now he follows my truck everywhere...lights me up, i pull over...and passes me, turns off the lights...or pulls me over...and pretends he doesn't know me...asks where I work...tells me I drive pretty bad for being a ff... (2 miles over that night)...I was on scene with him the other day, and asked him why he hasn't pulled me over...he said "oh, i'm watching you...i know what you drive" lol...or the time he pulled my lady over in my truck...i had a few beers and rode shotgun...."i really wish he was driving right now" there's endless stories with this cat...i blame my brother...

 

I think he had a FB page at one point...made by a high school kid... "You're not a legitimate resident until you've been cited by *****."

 

dam dude. We all get along here real well. We have one ff that actually made our swat team. he's a full time ff/medic but he is a reserve w/ us and goes out on swat calls to be the medic for the team and bad guys. he did try out and went through the whole show and became a swat dude. I thought it was kinda cool

 

your stalker friend sounds rediculous.

 

yeah, one of the captains here does the same thing...it's funny going out to calls and seeing him in a pd uniform hah...
