I have an issue with grounding. This lighting system has been in place for almost 4 years, and just recently dicovered the problem.

I have full power to the lights, and the relay is good ( all verified with multi-meter). It is a grounding issue. My ground point is good, as seen in the video. But if I bolt that terminal to the bolt, I get no lights. I am lost. I even tried multiple grounding spots. The issue lies when the terminal is actually bolted to the body of the truck.

    Ideas?

cut the terminal off and replace it with a new one. check the wire for corrosion with the connector removed.

Yeah that would be the most logical first step. I need to pick up some terminals this weekend

maybe try scoring the grounding point if there is paint around it with a wire brush if you haven't already
