hazardous hazard lights

    2.7L 3RZ,K&N filter, 4" deck plate mod,flowmaster 40 series,3" suspension lift, hybrid 52"chevy/toyota rear springs.
    ok gents here is one for ya... getting zilla (1997 taco body,1972 chevy blazer frame) back together... turn signals all work fine...hazards do nothing power going into switch but no lights blinking.... so i put that switch in zuki (96 taco) and the hazards work fine in it...so its not the switch.... but what could it be?..... I'm truely lost LOL

    You've likely done most of these, but in the off chance that you've missed something... How do you know that power is going to the switch? Did you check the fuse with a meter? Sometime they look good but aren't.

    Check the switch for continuity with a meter.

    Check for power to the light outlet.

    Maybe you have one bad bulb that won't allow the others to come on. Just shooting in the dark here.

    Why would he check his muffler bearings? :crazy:He should actually check his blinker fluid level. What was the last time you changed it?

    yeah the glove box gasket gave me some trouble years back LOL... but I actually used a test light right at the socket on back of switch.. tested the silver toy same way to make sure correct wires were "hot" and all turn signals work so that would be all the bulbs used in the hazard function...dunno at wits end..thinking of driving it to toyota dealer ship once back together and go here fix that LOL... what ya think they would do when they saw it? 72 blazer frame hmmmmm
