It was a non-jbl unit so no amp, just the amp within the headunit. I’m just slightly puzzled that no one that has installed an aftermarket deck has had this issue? I spent almost an hour searching here and google to no avail for a similar Tacoma problem. Am I being over sensitive in thinking this is too hot?
