Does your high beam work on that side?

    Do you have a meter?

    Have you tried swapping bulb?

    Pull the bulb.

    Check the low beam filament.

    Start there.

My low beam stopped working and, whaddyaknow - that filament was toasted. High beam worked great still. Easy enough to confirm or deny. Your post is vague.

The fuse isn't supposed to burn. Did you replace it or check it with a ohm meter? You cannot go by sight alone.

"I think it gets power". Well all you know is you don't know. I agree with what DCSBFTMFW. Do that. Or get a meter and check for voltage at the plug.
