Heater not working

    I think someone mentioned it already. Check the coolant tube under the intake manifold. Early iterations were made of plastic which was apparently prone to leaks. Less obvious than the WP

    Hi guys. As several members suggested, I was able to locate the coolant leak (see attached picture). Looks like it is leaking around the stud that I have pointed out in the picture. Would this indicate a gasket leak (as opposed to the tube itself)? How difficult of a repair is it to replace the tube with a metal one? Just wanted to get some thoughts. Thanks.

    Reserected from the dead.
    Might as well prep for a water pump replacement. It would be a waste of time to just replace the gasket. Water pump will come with a new gasket.

    I would just plan on pulling that intake and going with the improved metal pipe.
