    Hey Guys!

Sitting at work waiting for the dealer to call me today when my truck arrives. Ordered a 2016 Double Cab SR5 TRD Sport Upgrade (I believe models are quite different in Canada!) in blue. Ive been spending so much time surfing this site since I ordered the truck, I figure I might as well join you. So far I have ordered running boards and the bed mat, and have Weathertech floorliners and a tonneau cover (maybe a Bakflip F1) on my list. Cant wait to get it!

Welcome from a fellow Canuck (not the hockey team!). :canada: I get mine tomorrow!! US and Canadian models are different in that the US purchasers have way more flexibility in what they include or exclude with their package. Here, we are far more limited, plus some options are not available (e.g., double cab off road packages).

I likely would have gotten an off road model had they been offered in double cab in Canada, however, the only reason Id want one is to be able to play around with the crawl control! I just got the call from the deal 15min ago, the truck just arrived and I can get it tomorrow (finance is booked today)..

Hey welcome! There are a few Canadians on this forum. You can always find a Canadian on a thread dealing with rust issues!! Haha! If you are in the GTA there is a meet and greet at the Square One Mall this Sunday. Check out SONTT for the details.

Yeah, it is beautiful in Vancouver especially lately with your great weather!! I get out to Bancouver Island at least a couple of times a year and I love BC. No rust out there, either!! Haha!

Great news about your truck! Regarding the crawl control...ever notice that they never show it getting a truck unstuck from snow? Not sure it would work with the extra slippage factor of snow. Not a lot of desert where I live!! Then again, not a lot of snow where you live!!
