Help Please with Addicts

I've been searching for the past few days but can't get a definitive answer. I want to order the xd addicts and saw they come in two different backspace and offsets. I read that with bigger tires the 5.7" backspace with +18mm offset will hit the UCA, would it hit with a 32" tire?

The 4.5" backspace with -12mm offset I know makes the wheels stick out and it looks good, but Oahu is getting strict with our laws and wheels can't be past the fender.

I was thinking I could run the spidertrax with the positive offset and when the annual check comes I can take the spacers off..

Any help would be greatly appreciated and sorry if this was already addressed.
