Help with lift options

Thanks in advance for your help.
Another lift kit question...I know. I have looked everywhere I can find, before asking, and have run out of options.
2017 Tacoma double cab 4wd 32k miles. It sits 1/2" low in the rear. Measures (from center of wheel) 20.5" front 20" rear. I have a topper and large tool box . It's driven mainly on rough farm roads and pasture two tracks with plenty of bumps and high/low spots, no serious off road stuff but it does take a beating.
What I am hoping to do is lift it 2-2.5" in the front and the rear 2.5-3" so it sits level. The top of my budget is around 1.5K.
