HELP

Help please . I’m new here I have a 2001 tacoma AT sr5 dbl cab trd offroad with rear locking differential. I was in an accident ripped off by a shop that sent me home with bolts installed backwards when they wanted to install a new knee assembly and I didn’t want them to I wanted them to check the frame and that’s it . They sent me home in it driving and I knew it wasn’t right pulled over in my friends apartments and tore it down dropped the rack n pinion to put bolts in correctly for lower control arms . I don’t know wtf else they did wrong . I know it honestly looks like one of my crossmembers was removed (I’ve done a lot of work on this truck myself )and I just don’t know what the part is called or what but I do know wtf sawed metal looks like . They ripped me off thousands of dollars . I don’t have a lot of money . I had to take Lyfts to and from work . Had no money for my sons Xmas then and it takes more money to do anything about it , I know I’m pretty much just out everything but I don’t want to be out of the truck too. I’ve put thousands into this already good running truck and caught it up on all maintenance it needed bought tires repaired the damage it had when I originally got it . Time money and so much more I don’t know what to do or what any of the parts are even called or what they did to it and why they would do that to me . I just want to fix it the best way I can and can afford to or save enough to afford to. Damage after accident pics are included. My insurance screwed me no one helped me and I was made to believe the accident was my fault regardless of the evidence otherwise . I got no money just a ticket for speeding going 40mph in a 40 mph . Yes that’s not a joke I have proof of anyone wants to say differently . Was told I rear ended someone who actually came over into my lane . A line of stopped cars in their lane proves I couldn’t have rear ended anyone as not one other vehicle was involved or hit whatsoever . My upper control arm was completely twisted my passenger tie rod end bent into a u shape and snapped offed from lower ball joint causing my tire to pop and rendering me immobile immediately . I replaced the entire knee assembly on that side UCA and lower CA spindle knuckle coil over upper ball joint etc.

 

Open a file with your state ag office then sit back and watch the fireworks.

 

I did … and nothing. Nothing at all that helps me as there aren’t any licensing requirements where I live for body shops .
