    for a plug and play kit look into the retrofit source, lightwerkz.com,customlightz.com much higher quality bulbs and ballasts than the typical ebay fodder.

    its still not really the right way to go about adding hid's to your truck though.

    I have this HID kit and it has worked flawless. I actually went to their shop and had them install it.... great customer service. It only took them 1 hour to install.

    Now do yourself a favor and have a friend drive your vehicle while you drive in front of them and see what you are subjecting other drivers to.

    HID retrofits are illegal.
    Plug-in HID units are cop-catchers and dangerous.
    At least projector retrofits are safe, and don't generally attract the attention of cops.

    $115 for a HID conversion kit is WAY too expensive
    Don't pay a penny over $75 for a bixenon (hi/Lo) HID kit
