So I am installing a hidden winch plate that will keep oem bumper. My question is, how hot does the lower radiator get. The wires from winch are just about touching the radiator. Should I put something there to shield wires or will it be ok???

I would be more worried about rubbing through the insulation than the radiator getting hot enough to burn through the insulation. On my '19 with a hidden winch, I put extra sheathing anywhere there was a potential to rub. I plan to do the same on the '24 once I receive my winch bumper from CBI.

Ok. I have cinched down the wires and added a small shield. I can almost get my finger between wires and radiator. The wires aren’t moving so they should be good. Thanks for the reply.
