    Second pic shows that the tensioner pulley is the same as the lower (#1) pulley

    There are no spacers or bushings installed just the double bearing pulley

    The offset of the original is much shallower than the new one.
    Also had to use the original bolt as the new one was too long and a different thread

    Can you pull it off and take a picture? Specifically with the old bolt through the bearing, front and back.

    Well he was the one with the problem and looking at them side by side help narrow down a solution, so sure he's a nice guy. But we can agree that those 3rd gen people are something else though lol.

    There's no doubt in my mind that it helped, but just asking someone to tear down their fix just so they can get a pic just seems to be asking a lot.... Schedules these days are brutal! But yeah, lets not get started on those 3rd gen. types! hehehe
