Sorry, no step by step pics.

Not too difficult to install if you have the right tools.

You basically have to cut out the opening for the HomeLink buttons.
I took the rubber HomeLink button pad and layed it on the console, then drew around it to verify where to cut.
Take a small drill bit and drill multiple holes along the out the cutout drawn on the console.
You have to grind the ridges off the bottom of the center console so the HomeLink module will fit flat against the console. You will need to grind some material off the console to make it thinner so the button cover will snap on tight to the module.
Run 12V power to the module and program.

 

You can also do this with any garage door remote and a switch. I soldered my remote to a Carling Switch from OTRATTW. My garage door opener switch is the Trunk Monkey.



In the past I have also hooked it up to my high beams so when you flash them it opens or closes.
