Icon Coilover Issue

You forgot to put the misalignment spacer on the driver side c/o, or it's installed wrong somehow

 

^ This is something to look out for. Same as with uniballs, the standard FK Bearing ones are steel. The Icon are made by FK, but are stainless.

 

What did Icon come back with? The rotation seems normal, the lateral sliding on the top mount seems like a problem.

The spiracle bearing in the upper and lower mounting positons are designed to pivot. If there’s additional play outside of it being able to rotate then they may be in need of replacement but this will generally not be the case with the parts having so few miles on them. There is no warranty on bearings or bushings as they are wearable parts.

I can take a video at some point. (on shift emt currently riding around on an ambulance)

 

according to icon, this is the part that may be bad. Luckily its not to costly to fix.
