4" lift kit, rims, tires

Howdy All;

I think I have identified a loud whine in my engine compartment as coming from one or more of the idler pulleys for the serpentine belt. It is on a 4.0 V-6, 2003 FourRunner. Does anyone have tips for replacing those pully(s)?
