I would only be guessing..... I have a 2.5/2 lift and this truck sits much higher in the wheel wells (front for sure) than mine. I would guess this is more than 2.5 inch level lift. The wheels look to be 17 inch but that is just based on the wheel compared to the truck. Again a total guess but the tires look like mine which are 285/70R17.

go to google and do a search on Tacoma 4 inch lift and see if you agree.

Google is our friend but doesn't come up with a lot of information.
Truck is a 2006 from San Francisco. Lift looks like at least 3" of lift or probably a little more. The tires appear to be just 265 BFG ATs with ridiculous spacers for "stance". Could be a Fabtech lift since the same picture shows up on their website. And WTF is up with the rear shocks? Looks to me like the rear lift is somehow half assed but I dunno. All in all it looks to me like its sort of a half assed job overall. But if he likes it more power to him. Just IMO and YMMV.

The experts here can look at the pics and tell you more then I can.

I'd suggest you build your own truck, not someone else's. Search drop bracket lifts, that should get you started if you want the truck that high.
