99 tacoma 4X4 TRD

Hi; Started one day running on 5 cyclinders. Every morning starts up on all 6. Had obd test, and said #5 misfire. Change all wires, plugs. Still the same. Got # 5 injector cleaned, still the same. Got new injector today, stiill the same. But then the obd said #3 misfire. Oh with the first wire plug change also tried a used coil, but still does the it works then doesn't. Any ideas out there?
