Install Bedrug first, right?

    YEP, yes, for-sure, uh huh; Easier to hoist the bed mat over the side or through the rear. Bed mats are NOT hard to install, just clumsy and awkward, 'til they are in then they should " be in for life"- your mileage may vary.:)
    Looks like a good lookin truck is getting even better:thumbsup:

    This has definitely has taken me longer than most. The bedbug and tonneau on but I am plan to modify the drain hoses with some higher quality hose, grommets, etc...

    When I put the tonneau on, the back latch cable pulled right out!! For a $900 cover, that is bad. Rather than leave it and call Undercover, I took it apart and fixed it. Again, cannot believe for such an expensive tonneau that latch is an incredibly poor design. The cable simply loops through a hook and is pinched onto a fitting. These may work, but there is obviously no quality control at Undercover.

    I still need to do some fine adjustments on the top because it's off by about an 1/8th of an inch and that bugs me.
