Installing Slim Cubby Fog

    I know it is very simple but I can't seem to figure out how to get the slimcubby fog lights to lock in to the fog light housing . Do you remove the white plastic washer that is on it and also do you have to do anything special to seal them...like use the black rubber boot thing that is below it? Does having the ballast connected to the stock fog light plug and then having the one male and female plug coming from the ballast connecting to the new bulb sound right for wiring? That's the only thing I am using as far as wiring.
