I recently did the upgrade on my 2010 4 cyl. base model. The switch was very easy and took 15 min. When i was researching this, There were a lot of threads with people debating different switches that work backwards, sideways, whatever. The main difference i found was the design written on the stalk. I ended up with the top picture over the rest.

Now my problem is that when i installed the switch, everything worked perfectly fine. Intermittent part worked as hoped. When i began to adjust the intermittent delay, it began to move as fast as the slow setting and wouldnt go back. now every intermittent setting moves as fast as the next "slow" setting with no intermittent delay.
I know many people have had the same trouble and posted threads asking how to fix it. The only thing in those threads is people chiming in that they should take it to the dealer or that theirs worked fine... in other words a bunch of useless crap. Has anyone had this problem and legitimately fixed it?

im looking for answers and serious reply's only, all others please keep it to yourself. Thank you.
