JBL Bluetooth music problem

Need Help!!!

I have done a fair amount of research and I can't find any post with the same exact issue I'm having so here goes.

My phone will connect to my JBL head unit and all the phone call and text features work properly with the exception of any music audio, when I select the Bluetooth source under the audio tab a disc starts to spin on the display and the audio from my phone stops ( but the song continues to play ) playing but the audio never comes through the truck speakers any help would be appreciated.

Things I have done to fix the issue
Try other Mobil devices
Unpair my mobile device and re-pair
Delete all personal info from head unit
Update all software on phone

When you pair your phone to the head unit are you also connecting to the audio ?

 

Yes..when I access the paired device list it shows that phone and the music icon illuminated which I believe indicates that music and phone are connected.

FYI...$30.00 Entune software update from the stealership solved my issue.
