Jerking/Running Rough

I have a 2013 V6 4x4 Tacoma. Last couple of months i've noticed that the engine is running rough. At low RPMs say when backing out of the driveway it shudders a little. When stopped, I can feel the engine shudder a bit (the RPMs also drop a little). Also notice between 40-50mph particularly if going up a hill (it actually jerks harder). I've got an appointment to bring it in to a garage for service next week but curious as to what it may be. Note, I've never had any service to the engine other than the periodic oil change.

 

Fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter, water in gas tank. If you've had it since 2013 and never changed any of the filters I'd start there.
