    Hello all!

I'm a 23 year old car/truck enthusiast from Denver, Colorado and today I'm officially the proud new owner of a 2015 TRD Sport "Taco" (think I got that right?)

In the past I've had lifted jeeps, trucks, and lowered sports cars. I love all vehicles and especially like to modify them to fit my personality and my lifestyle. My goal for this truck is a simple 3" suspension lift (probably fox or Icon) along with some wheels, tires, and some other accessories. Nothing too serious as I spent wayyy too much money on my last two vehicles! Some pictures of the new truck and STI I just got rid of! I look forward to getting to know you guys and learning more about my new toy! 11694963_10203191721233708_1941557491053253785_n.jpgFullSizeRender-1.jpgFullSizeRender.jpgIMG_3386.jpgIMG_3595.jpgIMG_5117.jpgIMG_5118.jpg

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm already in the hunt for a decent mid travel set up. Anyone have any experience with the Fox 2.5 coils? How did they hold up to rust in the winter months? Or how about some Kings or Icon? Wanting to do this the right way the first time so I don't piss through 2-3 set ups before I'm happy like I have in the past with my other vehicles. How about wheels and tires? Looks like I'll be running 2.5-3" of lift with any of the set up's ive been looking at so should I stick to a 275/70/17 or go 285?

Not sure about King or Fox but I know Icon offers an IVD coating to resist corrosion.

Tire size depends on what you want but most people go for 285's. At 2.5-3" you should be able to fit them with minimal trimming. I'm personally running Icons at 3" with 285's and I dont rub anywhere. Thinking about bumping up to 295's for my next set.
