    Edit: Sorry OP, just noticed you're in a 4 cyl. That one I listed is for V6.

    This is the filter from my truck after driving 80 miles in the desert sand last weekend. LOL. Shake out the loose shit and keep going till the next filter change. Oiled filters collect this stuff and a bit of it gets through the larger holes in the gauze. I've used them before, but not trusting pleated gauze anymore.

    FYI, factory filters are treated with light oil also, but filter element is much finer and there isn't enough excess oil to cause the dirt to cake up and clog when the oil starts wicking like the aftermarket K&N type.

    I had it on my 2014. Loved it. Better throttle and power. I bought one for my 2019 and its coming in the mail.

    As for the MAF nonsense, I can show you pictures of my throttle body and MAF after 90k miles. They were fine. They looked cleaner than a lotta pics I've seen from other posters.

    I drive manual so I have a better idea of changes in power output. The K and N works.

    People on here hate on K and N, but it's nonsense. If they didnt do what they advertised, they would've been class actioned into oblivion by now.
