Install on my Katskin leather interior going well...easy right up to the front headrests. Wtf?? The cloth seems to be glued on to the foam, so it's a huge PITA to get the leather cover over the whole thing. With much effort (AND TWO TEARS IN THE BOTTOM), I got the first one on. ADVICE PLEASE!
If anyone knows an easier/safer way to get that last cover on, PLEASE help!

    :(

I tore one of mine the same way you did. I've read somewhere that if you put a plastic bag over the foam it makes sliding the leather on much easier. I just did it with a lot of patience.

use a shop vac and a thick garbage bag. Put it over the head rest and suck all the air out that you can (may take another set of hands) Then slide the new cover on, the vaccum will suck down the size of the headrest enough to get the cover on. I've done this on at least 50-100 headrests at the custom shop i use to work at.
