    Hello....my taco has a H key with built in fob, Question this fob doesnt transmit signal until you press the button? Or always transmitting?TOYRHK20R-MAIN2.jpg

    until this post i thought that current/new tacos all get the blade-less fob and pushbutton. Unless SR5 or MT

    As mentioned above, the keyless fob is always transmitting. It is advised to turn this off so the signal can't be intercepted and downloaded to a blank fob by a thief. To do this, I believe all you need to do is hold down the lock button while you press the unlock button twice. You'll see the red light blink a few times. You'll know the fob is off if your truck doesn't automatically unlock when you grab the door handle. To turn the fob back on, press any button.
