leaf springs gone bad?

hey how can i tell if my rear leaf springs have gone bad/sagging?

 

The rear would be sagging . With a load, it would sag a whole bunch. And the ride would feel sloppy and not firm. There usually isnt an exact point when they go bad (unless they break) - its more of a continuous wearing out.

 

negative arch w/out a load in the bed = bad springs.

 

Well they r at the point of pretty much strait across is that bad ? Or normal?

 

seems pretty normal for the weak taco springs. do some research on the "rear spring TSB."

 

if they do this when you brake [EDIT: or accelerate]...
