Well I've been looking for a while now and can't find any info that is accurate or make sense .

Has anybody did the LED – dash mod or swapped any LEDs in your truck .

There are three different bulbs . From left to right –

    1.condom dash light bulb

2.Dash Warning lights i.e.breaks seatbelt ,battery, oil.
    3. Climate control lightbulbs

What are the bulbs part number or something close. Superbright Leds.com only sells the dash condom light .

It seems the condom bumb is the only one you could change the color all the other ones have backlit factory colors . Correct?

Is there a bulb in the shifter? Never seen it work if there is one .

What bulb for the cig tray? That's out too.

I did the speedometer led swap. Instantly regretted it! You have no adjustability in the lights, and mine kept going out. I went to Toyota to get new oem non-led lights to swap back into my truck, and the guy at the counter gave me some super bright white lights that screw into the stock location. I am impressed how it turned out.

This is the 3rd time I've posted this on various TW Threads. The dash & HVAC LED's I have, dim with the dimmer switch. #194's for the dash, 4 of them. Neox4mm for the HVAC area, 3 of them. #74 LED's for gear shifter letters, glove box, ashtray etc. I chose blue LED's all the way around. Hope this helps! These work for 01 - 04 Tacomas.

those lights are colored from the dash piece. there is a coating for orange/red/green that will get skewed with different colors. same with HVAC if you don't switch out to a 4Runner HVAC plate. Blue and red seem to cut through for most cases.

and, here is the master thread that's been out there for awhile now
