Leveling kit

I went with a 2.5/1.5 daystar leveling kit with 285 tires. In retrospect, I should have just leveled out the front 2 inches and went with 265's. I lost at least 2 mpg and at 70 mph it shifts up and down a lot. If you're just leveling out the front I can't imagine the brand matters. It's just a spacer. As for the ride, it's a good ride, but different. Mostly because of the tires probably.

 

Any problems with the leveling kit on your cv joints?

 

Not yet, just had it done. When these tires wear out, I'll probably go with adjustable shocks and remove the rear lift
