The most you can get it 3 inches of lift without a drop bracket which you don't want...

This is something I also want to do. I've done online research, read a lot of threads on here, asked questions, and now I have a basic understanding of aftermarket suspension. I've decided to go with a bilstein adjustable lift kit from @HeadStrong Off-Road. Height is adjustable up to 3" and this site also offers strut assembly (for a little extra cost, they'll assemble the struts, saving you a lot of time and frustration with big ass springs) and you will need to get the uca's and the AAL. Any lift over 2" is recomended to have aftermarket uca's to stay safe. Other good brands are Old Man Emu (OME), Fox, and total chaos. If you don't buy a kit with everything, you're going to need coil-overs, shocks, an add-a-leaf (AAL), and uca's. Larger tires would go perfectly with a lift kit and help raise the ride height. If you get extremely large tires, I recommend having your speedometer and odometer recalibrated to avoid inaccurate feedback with speed and miles driven. Also, new suspension means you need to get everything re-aligned after a hundred miles or so, which is also the time needed to brake in new suspension. Be aware that it'll be stiff at first. Lots of driving and off roading should break them in before you know it. Hope this helps you
